Support from the community
is essential to our success.

The Miami Jazz Cooperative, Inc. is a charitable 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

The central mission of the MJC is to establish a facility for the education and performance of jazz and the primary use of donations will be for that purpose.  However, we welcome donations designated for our educational program.

As our plans develop, we will post a Wish List of gifts in kind which would advance our mission.  If you know of a space between 3000 and 5000 square feet which might be available to the MJC, please email Rick Katz.

We look forward to corporate sponsorship from businesses in South Florida which understand that the Arts are a critical component to the quality of living for their employees and all of the residents of the community.  If you are interested in becoming a sponsor of the MJC, please email Rick Katz.

If you would like to host a fundraising event with an exclusive performance by MJC Founders or have other fundraising assistance in mind, please email Rick Katz.

The MJC would greatly benefit from the assistance of volunteers with clerical, web design, database, or fundraising skills and experience.  We will also need some volunteers with people skills to help staff our fundraising events.  If you have the time and the inclination and fit into one of these categories, please email Rick Katz.
